We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Phoenix Palm Motel. The rooms were impeccably clean and the fresh decor gave it a modern touch. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for our family of four. The powerful shower in the clean bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Despite the slightly imperfect bed layout, we all slept comfortably and enjoyed a peaceful night with minimal outside noise and light. The temperature control options were excellent, ensuring that we were warm and cozy on a chilly night. Check-in and departure were quick and easy, and the convenient location near a dairy made our last-minute needs easily accessible. our stay exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend Phoenix Palm Motel to others.

The motel is conveniently located near the hospital and just off the motorway and train station. Some of the rooms have been refurbished to a modern standard, with sound-proofing for a good night's sleep.

There were some cleaning issues, such as stained and dirty pillows and bedspreads. The motel could do better with providing information to guests and keeping up with housekeeping.

The room was clean and well-appointed with all the necessary essentials. One of the best aspects was the complimentary breakfast that started my day off right. Plus, the friendly staff made my stay all the more enjoyable.

While my stay was enjoyable, the room itself could use some updating. There were a few minor issues such as outdated fixtures and furnishings, but overall it did not detract from my experience.
